Retired Executive Vice President, Cisco Systems

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Processes, Systems for Cisco Systems, he oversaw the organizations of Worldwide Manufacturing, IT, Global Shared Services, Human Resources, Legal Affairs and Corporate Affairs.

 
 
 

Morgan Simon

Managing Director, Pi Investments

Morgan joined Pi Investments in 2013 as Managing Director. She is a co-founder of Toniic, a co-founder and Chair of Transform Finance, and the founding ED of the Responsible Endowments Coalition. She is the author of REAL IMPACT: The New Economics of Social Change.

Private Investor and Adviser

Bill is an investor and/or adviser to privately held technologycompanies such as Visualon, FirstRain, D2S, Tarana, Trendy Lime, and others. He recently completed his 12th year as a board member of CARE USA.

 
 
 

Martha Brooks

President and Chief Operating Officer, Novelis, Inc. (retired)

After 25 years in aluminum rolling and recycling as well as diesel engines and power systems with leading global companies, Martha now serves on several global boards and dedicates her time to bringing private sector approaches to poverty alleviation.

 
 
 

Andrea Armeni

Co-founder & Executive Director, Transform Finance

Andrea co-founded Transform Finance, a field-building non-profit organization working at the intersection of capital and social change by building bridges between investors, communities, and other stakeholders. Andrea is also the lead convener of the Transform Finance Investor Network.

Director Emeritus, McKinsey & Company

Paul is the Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. He is one of the founders of McKinsey’s Nonprofit Practice and led the Firm’s global philanthropy practice.

As the Chief Innovation Officer for CARE USA, Dar’s role lies at the intersection of innovation, social justice and movement building. Prior to CARE, she was the Managing Director for Teach for America’s Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship team.

Private Investor

Eduardo Castro-Wright is an angel investor, with portfolio companies in Silicon Valley,    Southern California, and Europe. He is the former CEO of Walmart USA, Walmart e-Commerce and Global Sourcing and Vice-Chairman of Walmart, Inc. 

 
 
 

Bowman Cutter

Former Managing Director, Warburg Pincus

From 1996 to 2009, Bowman served as the Managing Partner of Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm. He is currently also a board member for the Committee for Economic Development, The Atlantic Council, and Resources for the Future.

 
 
 

Peter Buijs

Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance & IT, CARE USA

Peter Buijs has served as CARE USA’s Chief Financial Officer since May 2013. Peter joined CARE in 1986 and has managed programs in multiple countries, and supervised CARE operations in Latin America and the Caribbean.
